Students can earn their needed high school technology credit while learning skills to help them in their life while having fun. The course will introduce students to the world of computer information systems and relative technologies. It will prepare the students for real-world application of computer information such as using technology, computer security, and resolving computer problems. Students will be expected to: learn the base mechanics of specific systems, be able to navigate and use certain computer functionalities (i.e. File systems, compression, and control settings) and applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and complete weekly ethical analyses/current reports. Purpose: To familiarize the student with the following: technology, modern practices, and computer ethics; as well as to understand computer security for online safety and awareness.

Elementary Math will continue with the current series to get through the curriculum that we have not yet covered. Grades 1-3 will be using the Good and the Beautiful Series and Saxon 5/4 will continue in the same fashion.
