At Learning With Grace, we understand that choosing the right educational environment for your child is a prayerful and meaningful decision. Our enrollment process is designed to be thoughtful, unhurried, and supportive for both families and students.

The first step in our enrollment process is a Meet & Greet with our leadership team. This is a relaxed, low-pressure opportunity for us to get to know your family, give a tour of our facility, and for your student to show us what they know.

During the Meet & Greet, your student will complete a skills demonstration so we can better understand their academic abilities and determine which classes may be the best fit.

Admission Fee

The admission fee is collected at the time of your Meet & Greet:

• $50 per student
• $100 maximum per family

What We’re Looking For

Placement testing helps us understand your student’s academic strengths, learning style, and areas where additional support may be helpful. Our goal isn’t simply to assess your child. We want to listen, learn, and thoughtfully consider how we can best serve your student.

After placement testing, we enter into a one-week period of prayer and reflection. During this time our team prayerfully considers whether we are able to place your student in classes that support their abilities and learning needs. Your family also has space to pray and reflect on whether LWG feels like the right fit for this season.

We believe this shared time of discernment helps ensure alignment, clarity, and peace on both sides.

If we are confident that we can support your student well, and your family would like to move forward with enrollment, we will prepare and offer a proposed class schedule. This schedule is thoughtfully created to balance academic support, growth opportunities, and the unique needs of your student.

Once your schedule is reviewed and confirmed, an enrollment fee of $425 per family is required to secure your student’s spot for the upcoming year. Enrollment closes June 15.
