Tuition and Fees

The following fees are paid directly to LWG:

• Registration & Technology Fee:  $425 if paid before June 1; $525 on or after June 1. These fees are assessed per family, not per student, so families with multiple students are only required to pay one fee. For families whose students take 1-2 classes, the registration fee is reduced to $225 per family.
   
• Testing Fee: $50 per student due at placement testing, with a maximum $100 testing fee per family.
   
• Tutor payments begin in August
   

All fees are non-refundable unless a required class is canceled by Learning with Grace (LWG). These fees help offset the cost of facility usage and general tutorial operational expenses. By enrolling, families acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable.

The following  fees are paid directly to the tutors:

Our tutorial program operates on an à la carte basis, allowing families the flexibility to choose the classes that best support their student’s individual needs. 

Each tutor receives payments & supply fees directly, these fees are outlined at the end of each class description prior to enrollment and also communicated in the welcome letters sent from the tutors in July. 

Unless otherwise specified by the tutor, parents are responsible for purchasing all required textbooks and materials.

Payment plans are available on a yearly, quarterly, or monthly schedule and will be communicated by the tutors directly. 

Tuition payments begin August 1. 

Once the school year has begun, families are financially responsible for the full year of enrolled classes.
