We would like everyone to join us each day for Bible. This is a FREE and required class, we are going to studying a great missionary of the past in an exciting story telling way. Are theme will be the ABC's of GOD, as we dig into who God is.

Study hall is a period in which your student does not have a class. This is a time for homework or a "brain break". Material will be available for this to be a time of learning, but will not be closely supervised.

PE Class / Health Class (K5-2nd)
As a combined physical education (PE) and health class, we begin each class covering physical health topics along with building a health notebook. Some of our topics will include eating colorful, personal hygiene, organization in my backpack, responsibility, working together, caring for our bodies, healthy habits, emotions, and more. We will then transition to PE class. All activities will incorporate stretching, bending, twisting, balancing movements along with building awareness of our body while in motion. We will include learning new sports, relay races, obstacle courses, running, stretching, games with movement, and much more. This class will be loads of fun and your child will gain confidence while learning that we are "...fearfully and wonderfully made..." (Psalm 139:14). After this class, your child's mind will be ready to learn!

Join us for a super fun filled year of Gaga ball, Capture the Flag, and other PE games students love. In addition, we will build our own obstacle courses, walk and do our personal best to reach our full potential physically.
Health will also be woven in throughout the year.

We will walk with Missionaries through their many adventures of faith and experience what they experience. We will introduce public speaking. From saying a Bible verse to sharing about a hobby, students will learn how to speak to others. They will learn effective ways of communicating feelings, needs, and ideas. We will learn how to express needs, feelings, ideas, likes and dislikes.
Other topics we will cover:
-Eye contact, expression, pronunciation and volume
-Impromptu speaking prompts
-Developing a point, organizing thoughts, and interesting details
-Self evaluation of skills
-Organization, preparation, articulation
-How to effectively share your faith
Each month we will learn a new public speaking skill to put into practice in our presentations.

Jesus often used metaphors to illustrate spiritual truths. This class will use metaphors from the farm to teach Bible truths. Each class will be unique and filled with fun life lessons building character, integrity, fruits of the Spirit, faith, hope, and trust. We will incorporate beginning public speaking as we learn how to express our ideas in an easy to understand way.
Other topics we will incorporate:

After SCHOOL November-March
Art & Craft activities are entertaining and at the same time beneficial to children in many ways. It helps
them with decision making abilities, improves concentration, boosts their self-confidence, increases
their problem-solving abilities, and improves their overall academic performance. This class is designed
to help children build their confidence through creativity and observational skills. Children will craft
projects using a variety of art making techniques and mediums. They will be introduced to works by
great artists from around the world to enrich their knowledge on art history. They will be encouraged to
enjoy the creative process, placing more importance on the act of creating than the final result.

Your student will learn how to care for our farm animals. We’ll be walking goats on leashes, caring for bunnies, preparing for our Fall Fair, and other homesteading tasks.
WARNING: Your children may want to become farmers due to an exposure to the outdoors and caring for animals and the garden.

Join us for improv, skits, and readers theater. We will be working on stage presence, reading fluency, and ways to become a better actor. If you are looking towards Broadway one day or simply wanting to stretch your acting chops, then this class is for you.
Performances will take place monthly during school, Saturday Markets (a few times throughout the year) and during Christmas.
P.S. Readers Theater may increase your confidence, reading ability, and you also may end up with a few new friends too.
Mondays after school from 3:15-4:15 and a few additional days (maybe Friday or Saturday) to prepare for our Christmas production.

Soccer and basketball are fall & spring classes and are basic P.E. classes involving basic skills development and just plain fun.

This is class will be a general PE such as kickball, basketball, softball, and more. Plus some fun activities such as gaga ball, capture the flag. Emphases will be on charterer in sports.

This will be a class to practice what they have learned. Students will practice basic math, reading, and spelling skills through games. Some days it will be a "book club" reading and discussion. With art projects sprinkled in to encourage motor skills and creativity. A little bit of everything! Student will be looking with anticipation to see what fun things Mrs. Karl will have planned.

For ages 4-10 Beginning piano lessons are offered. For ages 4-6 the goal will be to have 2 15 minute lesson each week. We will do our best to try to fit them in during their time at school, sometimes it works for them in between classes, during lunch, and etc. Let us know if you are interested we will look at how it would fit in your students schedule. We treat this as a private lesson and not a regular class. You can pay for the classes monthly or weekly. If your student misses you are still required to pay for the weekly lesson, however grace will be extended if you find your little one is not ready for lessons yet. Material: You will need to purchase a piano book, teacher will provide detail Requirements: Piano or keyboard to practice. Younger students often need parents to sit with them to practice. Student will not benefit from lessons without practice.
