Grace Magnified
General Information
Grace Magnified will be an extension of the Learning with Grace Tutorial. It will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with various options so that families can take an "a la carte" approach to how many classes students will take. It is important to note that some Tuesday and Thursday offerings will be different, so a class that is offered on Tuesday may be separate from what is offered on Thursdays. This is helpful to keep in mind when considering pricing as some classes are priced for one day a week. We want to emphasize that Grace Magnified is not only for Learning with Grace students, but any homeschooler who is looking for additional learning opportunities and classes.
Offerings
We will be offering NILD educational therapy, additional support classes for reading and math, and homework support. We will also have Spanish immersion class, student will practice the Spanish they are learning either at LWG or somewhere else. Our tutors will offer various electives such as science labs, language studies, physical education, and some life skill classes. In the afternoons, we will focus on group project based learning through various units and topics. This will be a hands on opportunity for students to put knowledge to action and grow in working together as part of a team as well.
Extra Support
Our hope is that these additional offerings will give more support to those students who learn differently while offering a different format than our other class days. It is important to note that while LWG exists primarily to serve students who learn differently, our desire is for Grace Magnified to be of help to any and all homeschool students, especially our electives and project based learning classes. With that in mind, this program is not only open to LWG families, but all homeschool students.
